The conference fees in Euros are as given in the following table:

• All fees include VAT elements computed at the appropriate Hungarian rates.
• All invoices and receipts will be itemized in accordance with Hungarian VAT regulations - it is not possible to change the itemization on the invoices/receipts. Some of the items are not available separately.
• Payments should be in full and all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.
• Student Registrations apply to participants under the age of 30 years at the start of the Conferences. Students should provide a scan of their International Student Card
• The Author Registration rate is only available for particpants who have a paper acceptance.
• The Academic Package consists of one author and another participant under the age of 30 years at the start of the Conferences.
• The above Registration fees include: participation in the Conferences, Welcome Drinks Reception (at 3.45 pm on Monday 28th August), Lunches and Coffee Breaks on 29th, 30th and 31st August.
• The Conference Opening will be at 5pm on Monday 28th August.
• The Registration Desk will open at 2pm on Monday 28th August
• The Conference Dinner on the evening of the 30th August is by ticket price 85 Euros per person.
• Please note that it is the responsibility of all participants to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fees, in the event that they are unable to travel for whatever reason.
